Refund policy

By completing a purchase with Sixty Seven Boutique, you accept the conditions described in this policy. This applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Return Window

Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn and unused, sent back in their original packaging with all tags still fixed. Any product showing wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, email us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Once granted, we will email return shipping instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, reach out to us straight after delivery. We will examine the matter and provide a solution if your situation qualifies.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a brief summary.

Restocking Fees

Sixty Seven Boutique does not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from the date of approval. Items that do not meet our return rules may not receive a refund.

Discounts and Promotions

All discount codes and promotional offers must be entered at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were forgotten, missed, or already expired.
